HI, I'M OLIVIA

Ready to make a change?
I think that’s really brave. It takes a lot to reach out for help, and I’m here to honor that. My approach is incredibly affirming and supportive because I know what strength it takes to do this work.
I focus on developing strong relationships with my clients that can carry direct communication. The research is quite clear that the best predictor of a client’s success in therapy is their relationship with their therapist.
My therapeutic training includes DBT, CBT, therapeutic journaling, and mindfulness. I identify as a humanist, existential therapist. Basically, this means I focus my clinical work on helping you sort through and find meaning.
I tend to be less interested in following a prescribed treatment modality and focus on tailoring my therapeutic interventions for my clients. What that means for you is a personalized approach. I have read poetry, listened to music, looked through the drawings of my clients, and even taken the enneagram to support individual clients.
I take my work seriously, but I never take myself too seriously. Humor is always welcome. Sex is spoken. And I swear sometimes.
